Rager, of the township of West Taylor, in the county of Cambria, State of Pennsylvania, being in ~ health of body, and sound and disposing mind and memory, do make and declare this to be my last Will and Testament, in manner following: That is to say, I order that all my just debts, funeral expenses and charges of proving to me, will be in the first place fully paid and satisfied, and after payment thereof, and every part thereof, I give and bequeath unto my daughter Sarah E. Ribblett the sum of one dollar. (Item) I give and bequeath unto my daughter, Ann Sevilla East, intermarried with George East, the sum of fifty dollars. (Item) I give and bequeath unto Clarissa Rager, my daughter, the sum of fifty dollars, and a cow. (Item) I give and bequeath unto my daughter, Delilah J. Stewart, intermarried with Benjamin Stewart, the sum of fifty dollars. (Item) I give and bequeath to my son, Robert J Rager, the sum of one hundred dollars and a cow. (Item) I give and bequeath to my beloved wife, Christiana, the sum of three hundred dollars. (Item) I give and bequeath unto my sons, Daniel F. Rager, George B. McClellan Rager, Thomas J. Rager, Harvey M. Rager, Robert J. Rager and my daughter Clarissa Rager, all my property consisting of a farm containing one hundred and nineteen acres more or less situated in West Taylor Township, aforesaid. (Item) I give and bequeath unto my two sons, Harvey M. and George B. Mc., one cow each in addition to their shares in the real property. (Item) My five sons heretofore names to wit: Daniel F., George B. Mc., Thomas J., Harvey M., and Robert J. Rager, shall pay all claims against the estate and all specific legacies. The specific legacies to be paid within two and one half years after my death, and for the purpose of paying the said debts and legacies shall have all my personal property not heretofore disposed of by the will. (Item) After all debts and expenses, also specific legacies are paid, the residue of my personal property, if any there be, shall equally divided among all my children named in the will. Share and share alike. I do hereby make, constitute and appoint Thomas J. Rager to be executor of this my last Will and Testament. In witness whereof, I Daniel M. Rager, the testator above named, have here unto subscribed my name and affixed my seal the Tenth day of August in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and ninety-five. Daniel M. Wallace Paul, and R. E. Cresswell, the subscribing witness to the foregoing will, who being dully affirmed according to the law, do each depose and say that they were present and saw and heard Daniel M. Rager, the within named testator, sign, publish, pronounce and declare the forgoing instrument of writing as and for his last will and testament and at the time of so doing he was of sound mind, memory, and understanding, to the best of their knowledge, observation and belief. Affirmed and subscribed the 25th day of October A.D. 1895 Daniel A McGough, Register Registered Oct. 25th A.D. 1895, and Letters Testamentary issued to Thomas J. Rager, Executor. Daniel A.
