I, William Stuver, of the Borough of Rosedale, in the County of Cambria, State of Pennsylvania, being in poor health of body, and of sound and disposing mind and memory, do make and declare this to be my last Will and Testament, in manner following: That is to say, I order that all my just debts, funeral expenses and charges of proving this, my will, be in the first place fully paid and satisfied and after payment thereof, and every part thereof, I give and bequeath to me beloved wife, Annie Stuver, the sum of three hundred dollars to be for her so allowed to widows by the laws of Pennsylvania, and my said wife shall be paid at the rate of ten dollars per month during my last sickness. Beginning on the first day of last August (1895) and to the end of my last sickness. I give and bequeath and to my wife the house and lot which we now live on, conditioned that she shall pay what is yet to pay on the building and loan. When she shall have paid fully up the demands of the building and loans then the house and lot shall he hers absolutely, to do with it as she may see fit, to sell the same and fully convey the same as I could do, if living. I hold a note against, Thomas Rager, if the said, Thomas Rager, shall pay the doctors bill for attending Mollie Rager, his wife, then the note shall be cancelled and given to him. Also, I have a note against James Kelly which shall be cancelled and given to him. I have a book account against Samuel Stuver which shall be cancelled, but he shall pay the balance on the note, if any. I order that there shall be a monument and tomb stones placed on my cemetery lot for me and my first wife and two children, which shall be paid out of the money that may be realized and coming to me from the Brallier Estate, will to me by my first wife. The balance what may be left of the Brallier Estate shall be equally divided between my children to wit: Emanuel Stuver, Wesley Stuver, Samuel Stuver, Crissie Kelly, Charlotte Rodgers, Lucy Link, Mollie Rager, William H. Stuver, Susie Keifer. I do hereby make constitute and appoint John Wissinger and Emanuel Rhodes, to be executors of this my last Will and Testament. In witness whereof I, William Stuver, the testator above named, have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal the fourteenth day of October in the year of our Lord, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-five (1895) William Stuver Signed, sealed, published and declared by the above name, William Stuver as and for his last Will and Testament, in the presence of us, who have hereunto subscribed our names at his request as witnesses thereto, in the presence of the said testator, and each other.
