Last Will and Testament (incomplete) of Gustav WAGNER In the Name of God Amen. I, Gustav Wagner of 16th Ward Johnstown in the County of Cambria State of Pennsylvania being in Good health of body, and of sound and disposing mind and memory, do make and declare this to be my last Will and Testament, in manner following: That is to say, I order that all my just debts, funeral expenses and charges of proving this, my will, be in the first place fully paid and satisfied; and after payment thereof, and every part thereof, I give and bequeath unto my Beloved Wife Catharine Wagner all my Property Consisting of House & Lot on Chistnut st Money in Building & Loan Assn of Johnstown Any Insurance which may accrue after my death she shall have full power over all moneys houses &c during Her natural life in case she remains my Widow and at death all Moneys, Property &c shall be Equally Divided Among my Children Matilda Reginia Chas Frieda & Ludwig Wagner In case of my wife remaring I appoint Henry Leritz (Spelling?) to be and act as my Ex and my wife shall receive her legal share or Dower and no more I do hereby make, constitute and appoint Catharine Wagner to be executrix of this my last Will and testament In witness whereof I, Gustav Wagner the testa above named, have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal the Twenty-Third day of May in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and ninty nine.
