I Peter Weakland of Carroll Township in the County of Cambria State of Pennsylvania being of sound mind and memory nad of as good health as my age will permit of And being desirous of settling and arranging my worldly affairs fo make and publish this as and for my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former wills by me made at anytime heretofore. First I bequeath my soul to Almighty God who gave it and my Body after death to be decently interred in a Christian like manner at the Roman Catholic Church Hart's Sleeping Place. And as to such worldly goods as it has pleased Almighty God to bless me with I do dispose of them as follows: First I direct my executor hereinafter appointed to pay all my just debts and funeral expences out of the first money that shall come into their hands from any portion of my said estate. I will and bequeath unto my daughter Julia Delozier the sum of five hundred dollars to be paid her in two years after my death also together all the property I purchased at Sheriff's Sale being the property of her husband Terrence Delozer also together all my beds and bedding. I will and bequeath unto my grand children Peter Glasser, Albert Glasser, Augustine Glasser, Ambrose Glasser, and Julia Ann Glasser each of them, the sum of fifty dollars as soon as they attain the age of twenty one years but none of them to draw their shares until two years after my death unless the money should be collected and in the hands of my executors. I will and bequeath unto my sister Milburg Weakland the sum of fifty dollars to be paid at the rate of ten dollars per year to who ever keep and provide for her I will and bequeath unto my two sons Henry Weakland and Charles Weakland my farm situated in Carroll Township Cambria County Pennsylvania adjoining lands of Anselm Weakland Adam, Adam Deithrich, Samuel Weaklan, and other share and share alike equal interest in it. Also together with what ever money may remain after the above bequests and debts and expences are fully paid then the money so remaining shall be equally divided share and share alike and paid to my sons Henry Weakland and Charles Weak I hereby nominate constitute and appoint Henry Scanlon and my son Charles Weakland my true and lawfull executors of this my last will and Testement with full power to settle the same. In witness whereof I have hereunto set hand and seal this 5th day of October 1872.
