Whereupon the court appoint Thomas Will Guardian of the said minor, to give bond in $200, & approve of David Tresler as surety. 8 April, 1857, Bond filed & order issued April 8, 1857 The petition of Thomas Will was presented, setting forth that his wife died leaving three children under the age of fourteen years, to wit; Catharine, Anastasia & Rachel- that she has left an estate in her own right which descends to them, and there is no person to take care of their estates; and therefore praying the court to appoint a Guardian to take care of their estate: whereupon the Court appoint Thomas Will Guardian of said minors, to give bond with surety in $500 & David Tresler approved as surety. 8 April, 1857, Bond filed & order issued.
