WILLS Loretto, Cambria Co. Pa, Sept. 26, A.D. 1908 I will and bequeath all my real and personal property to my beloved wife Myrtle M. White Wills for her use and that of my children as long as she remains my widow and if she marries then my real estate becomes the sole property of my children if living and if dead at the time of marriage or after her marriage then she is to become the sole owner of same to dispose of same as she pleases. My Bank Stock in the First National Bank of Lilly, Pa. is not to be sold, but the earnings or dividends of same to be used by my wife and children for there benefit. And if she marries then she ceases to receive any Benefits of Dividents of said National Bank Stock same to go for the sole Benefit of my children and when the youngest child of mine from our union becomes of age then the stock may be sold by mutual consent of all at full book value as per Books of Bank. All my just debts are to be paid out of my life Insurance which I have in The Woodman of the World, and the ancient Order of Hibernians at the Osceola Mills Division and the Balance for the use of my wife Myrtle M. White Wills and my children. She and my children to make there home with my Father & Mother John F. and Henrietta M. Wills and continue the Mercantile Business Just the same as during my life only on a cash basis. No credit to be extended to any person or persons or corporations and if my death should result from accident while I am a member of the United Commercial Travelers, & authorise my wife to pay to my Father $1,000 dollars, and my Mother $1,000 dollars cash if living and the balance to be for her use and the children of our union. This I desire to be my last will and testament given under my Hand and Seal This 26th Day of September in the year 1908 At Loretto Pa. Cambria Co. I appoint my wife Myrtle M. Wills, and my Father John F. Wills as my Executors. Bernard W. Wills Witness John Moran George Hogue State of Pennsylvania County of Cambria Before me, Sherman Tibbott Register of the Probate of Wills and granting Letters of Administration in and for said County, personally came John Moran and George Hogue the subscribing witnesses to the foregoing Will and Testament, who being duly sworn according to law, do depose and say that they were present and saw and heard Bernard W. Wills, the within named testator, sign, seal, publish, pronounce and declare the foregoing instrument of writing as and for his last Will and Testament and at the time of so doing he was of sound mind, memory, and understanding to the best of their knowledge, observation and belief.
