We encourage links to the state and county table of contents. _________________________________________________________________ Obituary: Mauch Chunk Daily News-July 25th 1918-Obituary-Thomas Callen, Sr Thomas Callen, Sr., a well known Nesquehoning miner, died yesterday at 11:00 a.m. at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Edward McGinley, on Mill Street, Nesquehoning, aged 79 years. He was a native of Ireland, came to Nesquehoning when a boy [of] 4, and has resided here all these years since. Three brothers, who were soldiers in the Union army in the Civil War, have preceded him in death. One sister, Mrs. Thomas Devere[aux] of Henry County, Mo. survives, also the following sons and daughter: John [Morgan], Thomas [Jr.] and Mrs. Edward McGinley of Nesquehoning, and Charles of Lansford.
