Berwick Enterprise September 20, 1968
Members of the Rahl family held a family reunion recently at Palace Park,
Hunlock Creek. Eight living children of Ladislav and Elizabeth Rahl,
Edwardsville, were honored and presented with an engraved memento. They are John
Rahl, Emil Rahl, Luzerne, Robert Rahl, Shickshinny, Alfred Rahl, Edwardsville,
Mrs. Anna Harper, Luzerne, Mrs. Helen Woznock, R. D. 1, Berwick, Mrs. Nellie
Ivan, Wilkes-Barre and Mrs. Tillie Phillips, Elmira, N.Y. 
125 members attended the reunion and four guests. The following members were
recognized: John Rahl, oldest member, Luzerne; Elizabeth Antonacci, youngest
member, Pittsburgh; traveling the longest distance, Mr. and Mrs. Stephen Rahl,
Cincinnati, Ohio; largest family, A. J. Bunse, McAdoo. The committee for the
reunion was as follows: John Ivan. Chairman; Eleanor Rahl Antonacci, Clara
Dlugosh, Catherine Woznock Darling and Agnes Bunse Wanshik, assistants.
