Catherine, wife of John Ferrance, of Nesquehoning, died Sunday night at the
family residence on West Railroad St. Death came at 9 o'clock following an
illness which kept the deceased bed-fast for the past thirteen weeks. Born in
Austria, Mrs. Ferrance came to this country 30 years ago and settled in
Nesquehoning. She was a member of the Immaculate Conception Church. Mrs.
Ferrance is survived by her husband, a son, John, of Wernersville, Pa., and
three brothers and two sisters in Europe.
