We encourage links to the state and county table of contents. ____________________________________________________________ Estate File of Benjamin Eisenhard >From Carbon County Court House The petition of Lucy Ann Eisenhard, respectfully represents: That Benjamin Eisenhardt, late of the Borough of Weatherly, County of Carbon and state of Pennsylvania, deceased, died on February 6th, 1906, intestate, leaving to survive him a widow, to wit your petitioner and the following heirs, above the age of twenty-one years, Caroline Blackwell, Weatherly, Carbon County, Penna., Levi Eisenhardt and Rebecca McCose of Hazleton, Luzerne County, Penna. Henry Lefler, husband and Edna Lefler, Annie Lefler, Millie Lefler and Millis Lefler, minor children of Emma Lefler, deceased, of Pittsburg, Pennsylvania, and John Shervan, husband and Anna Shervan and George Shervan, minor children of Elisabeth Shervan, deceased of Freeland, Penna. That no letters of Administration have been taken out upon said estate, there being no debts remaining unpaid. That the said decedent left an estate consisting entirely of real estate, as hereinafter described, not exceeding the sum of three hundred dollars. That your petitioner desiring to claim the exemption allowed to her by law, prays your honorable court to appoint two appraisers to appraise and set apart for her the estate aforesaid in the same manner and with the same effect as if letters of administration had been duly issued upon said estate.
