JOANN K. CLIBER 

  Mrs. Joann K. Cliber, 41, of 159 McMonagle Lane, Port Matilda, PA 
died at 3 a.m. Thursday, March 25, 2004 at her residence.
  She was born June 13, 1962 in State College, PA a daughter of Ray 
Hartley and Nancy Joanna (Specht).
  She was married December 22, 2002 at her Mother's residence to Larry 
Ronald Cliber, Sr. 
  She is survived by her husband and two daughters: Nancy Fogleman and 
Shannon McMonagle and a granddaughter, Cheyanne Fogleman - all of Port 
Matilda.
  Two step-sons: Larry R. Cliber, Jr. and Roger D. Cliber, both of 
Harrisburg, PA.
  Her Mother, Nancy Keller, RD Port Matilda, PA.
  One brother and two sisters: Sherman R. Keller of Williamsport, PA; 
Charlene F. Shawley of Port Matilda and Mary Jean Hartley of Port 
Matilda. 
  She was preceded in death by her Father, Ray Hartley and her Step-
father, Sherman F. Keller.
  She had attended the Mt. Pleasant Church and attended Tyrone Area 
High School. She was a member of the Port Matilda American Legion 
Auxiliary. 
  She was a homemaker and Care person.
  Funeral services will be held Monday, March 29, 2004 at noon at the 
Derman Funeral Home, Inc., Tyrone, with Rev. Patricia Gable 
officiating. Interment will be at Mount Pleasant Cemetery.
  Friends will be received at the funeral home on Monday from 10 a.m. 
until noon.
