Dr Donald M Pletcher

04/17/1983 - Dr. Donald M. PLETCHER, 62, of Louisville, KY., 
formerly of Howard, died April 13. He was born in Beech 
Creek on May 16, 1920, a son of Frederick and Sylvia MILLER 
PLETCHER. On July 20, 1944 he married Ma y McCORMICK of 
Bowling Green, KY., who survives. Also surviving are a so n, 
Michael of Louisville and a grandson. Dr. PLETCHER graduated 
from How ard High School in 1938, from Lock Haven State 
College in 1948 and from t he Ohio College of Podiatric 
Medicine in 1950. He was a member of the Me thodist Church 
in Howard, the Odd Fellows in Howard, the Veterans of Fori 
egn Wars in Bellefonte and the sons of the American 
Revolution in Louisvi lle. He served in the Air Force in the 
European Theatre from 1942 to 194 5 and worked as a 
podiatrist in Louisville for 32 years.
