Mrs Esther Rhue (Glenn) Pletcher

05/28/1959 - Mrs. Esther RHUE PLETCHER, 56, Howard, died at 
her home Mond ay, May 25, 1959. She was born in Curtin Tp., 
April 4, 1903, d/o Jerry a nd Rebecca PARKER GLENN. She 
married Marion PLETCHER in 1934 and resided in Howard for 35 
years. She had been a telephone operator for many year s and 
had worked in Wolf's Restaurant until her illness. 
Survivors:  hus band, son Robert L, Altoona; three gr.ch., 
five sisters, three brothers. Member of Howard Methodist 
Church, Bellefonte Crystal Springs Lodge, Dau ghter of 
Rebekah, Lock Haven Elks Auxiliary, Lock Haven American 
Legion A uxiliary, Bellefonte VFW Auxiliary, Centre County 
Hospital Auxiliary. Bu rial Schenck Cemetery.
