03/26/1959 - Harold D. PLETCHER, 60, lifelong Howard 
resident, died at hi s home Saturday, March 21, 1959. He was 
born in Howard, July 3, 1898, s/ o Chauncey and Lydia HOLTER 
PLETCHER. He was a Howard merchant and was a member of the 
Howard Evangelical United Brethren Church. He married Ann a 
RAMISH, Dec 22, 1928. Survivors:  widow, three sons: Jay C., 
Howard; H . Wynn and Darl at home; four sisters Mrs. Claude 
BOWES, Blanchard; Mrs. David MAYES, Mifflinburg; Miss 
Gertrude PLETCHER, Howard; Miss Ida Mae PL ETCHER, York; and 
a brother Walter of Howard. Burial Schenck Cemetery.
