02/26/1976 - Joseph D. PLETCHER, 71, Howard, died Tuesday, 
Feb 17. He wa s born in Bellwood, Aug 15, 1904, the son of 
Joseph G. and Anna SAGER PLE TCHER. His wife, the former 
Emma C. ROLLMAN, survives with a son, Glenn L. McWILLIAMS, 
Howard; three sisters, Mrs. Matilda HARVEY, Howard; Mrs. E 
lvira KENNEDY, Bellwood, and Mrs. Martha BOWERS, Huntingdon; 
two gr.sons, and a gr-grdau.
