11/18/1981 - Kenneth E. PLETCHER, 64, of Bellefonte, 
formerly of Howard, died at Centre Community Hospital 
Tuesday. He was born Dec 10, 1916 in H oward Tp., s/o 
Milford and Sylvia SCHENCK PLETCHER. He was married to th e 
former Sara E. KRAPE who died Sep 19, 1978. He is survived 
by two sons : Milford W. of Bellefonte, and Paul K of 
Bellefonte, three daughters: Jo an Williamson of Johnstown, 
Anna Mae Long of Mount Joy and Donna PLETCHER of Belelfonte, 
seven grch and four brothers: Raymond of Madison, OH, Rus 
sell of Perry, OH, Paul of Howard, and Willard of Howard. 
Mr. PLETCHER w as owner of K. E. PLETCHER, Inc. of 
Bellefonte. He was a U.S. Army veter an of World War II, 
serving as a sergeant in the European Theater. He ws a 
member of the Howard United Methodist Church, Bloss Blue 
Lodge Masons 350 of Blossburg, the Stagger Inn Hunting Club, 
and numerous Centre Count y fraternal and veterans 
organizations. Burial Schenck's Cemetery.
