PLETCHER, 89, of Lock Haven, a teacher for five ye ars in Clinton and Lycoming counties, died at Lock Haven Hospital today. She was born Nov 1, 1893 in Castanea, d/o Nathan E. and Emma STOUT HARVE Y. She lived in Lock Haven most of her life. Her husband, Frederick S. PLETCHER Sr., died in 1972. She is survived by two sons: Frederick S. J r. of Madisonburg, Nathan J. of Danbury, Conn, and a gr.dau. She graduat ed from Lock Haven H.S. in 1910 and Central State Normal School in 1912. She worked at the Ordnance Department in Washington during World War I. Member of Ladies Auxiliary of Knights Templar and of the First Church of Christ, Lock Haven. Former secretary of Clinton County Historical Socie ty, a member of Retired Teachers Association and Daughters of the America n Revolution of Lock Haven. Burial in Highland Cemetery, Lock Haven.
