02/28/1984 - Melvin A. PLETCHER, 77, of Mill Hall, died at 
Lock Haven Hos pital Monday. He was born March 29, 1906, in 
Cleveland, OH, a son of Cha rles L. and Susan WIRES 
PLETCHER. He is survived by his wife, the former Grace M. 
KERCHNER; one brother, Stewart PLETCHER, Howard, and one 
sister Evelyn GETTIG, Bellefonte. He was a retired employee 
of the Keywit and Johnson Construction Company. Burial Rest 
Haven Memorial Park.
