11/06/1980 - Ruth W. PLETCHER, 68, Ashtabula, OH, formerly 
of Howard, die d at her home Wednesday. She was born April 
28, 1912, in Howard, d/o Cha rles and Viola SCHENCK WENTZEL. 
On July 5, 1940 she married Russell L. P LETCHER who 
survives with two sons, Raymond S. of Madison, OH, and 
Russel l C. of Perry, OH; a daughter Barbara TEMPLE of 
Mentor, OH, six gr.ch; br other and two sisters. Member of 
East Side Presbyterian Church of Ashtab ula. 1929 grad of 
Howard High School and a grad of Lock Haven State Teac hers 
College. She was a retired school teacher. Burial Schenck 
Cemetery .
