07/18/1968 - Samuel H. PLETCHER, 74  of Howard, died at the 
Park West Nur sing Home, State College, July 6. He was born 
May 28, 1894, in Howard Tp ., s/o Rudolph and Leah HALL 
PLETCHER. His only survivors are cousins. He was a retired 
farmer and member of Howard Grange and for many years wa s 
secretery of Howard Borough.
