  Mrs. Phyllis M. Renwick
  Of Sandy Ridge, died Sunday in the Philipsburg State Hospital following an 
  extended illness.  She was born at Philipsburg on Aug. 13, 1917, a daughter of 
  John I. and Naomi (Gates) Spittler.  Surviving are her husband, John, two 
  children, Barbara, a student nurse at Philipsburg State Hospital and Charlie, 
  at home, her parents of Erie, a brother, M. Sgt. Asher Spittler of Kenross Air 
  Force Base, Mich., and a sister, Mrs. Albert Kephart.  A daughter, Donna Fay, 
  died in 1943.  She was a member of the Evangelical United Brethren Church in 
  Sandy Ridge and the E.U.B. Ladies Aid Society.  Friends are being received at 
  the Heath Funeral Home, Osceola Mills.
