  Wm. Shawley, aged 23 of Axeman, Centre county, employed by the Mann 
Edge Tool Company, died at his boarding place in the South ward on 
Friday of typhoid fever.  His fellow employees, who had ministered to 
his wants during his illness, took charge of his remains and gave them 
a proper interment in the M. E. cemetery.
