She was born August 19, 1912, in Houston Township, Centre County, a daughter of the late Charles and Elizabeth Turner Andrews. On Nov. 17, 1941, she married Paul L. Tice who preceded her in death on July 14, 1994. Mrs. Tice is survived by a daughter Jean M. Hoy and her husband James, of Rural Spring Mills; one son Lynn D. Tice and his wife Beverly of Zion; five grandchildren, Amy Williams and her husband Chris, Sandy Hoy, Stephen Hoy, Douglas Tice and his wife Kristina, and Brian Tice and his wife Jennifer; and four great grandchildren, Nathan, Madelyn, Keara, and Abigail Tice. In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by two sisters, Alma Johnson and Elsie Diehl. Sephie graduated from Centre Hall Potter High School in 1930. She especially enjoyed spending time with her family, gardening, working with flowers, word puzzles, various kinds of needlework, and baking. Friends will be received from 7-9 p.m. Friday, January 18, 2008, at Mark D. Heintzelman Funeral and Cremation Service, 226 S. Pennsylvania Ave. Centre Hall, PA. The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, January, 19, 2008, at the funeral home with the Reverend Nathan Pile officiating. Burial will follow at Centre County Memorial Park, 1032 Benner Pike, State College, PA. In lieu of flowers contributions in her memory may be made to Centre Hall Fire Company, P.O.
