MRS. EMALINE MAY TRESSLER

  Mrs. Emaline May Tressler died following an illness of two years' duration, 
Monday at 7:30 p.m. at her home in Nittany, of complications.  Mrs. Tressler, 
widow of William Tressler, was 77.
  The deceased was born in Walker township.  She was a daughter of George W. and 
Rebecca Croft Gates.  These brothers and sisters survive: Mrs. Justus Turner of 
Altoona, Alfred and George Gates, both of Wheeling, W.Va., Mrs. Arabella Wingard 
and William Gates, both of Howard, R.D.
  Funeral services will be held Friday at 2 p.m. at the Neff funeral home at 
Howard.  Interment will take place in Snydertown.
