IN OTHER COUNTIES.

  Mrs. Alfred Wallace, of Philipsburg, while entering the closet of her 
home at that place, which also led to the cellar, for the necessaries 
to prepare for Saturday's dinner was seized by a stroke of paralysis 
and fell down into the cellar, in which there were about two feet of 
water, and before she was discovered life was extinct.
