She was born September 30, 1919 in Hannah, a daughter of Charles and Eva (Price) Bennett. She was married to Charles Weller who preceded her in death on November 25, 1971. Surviving are two daughters, Sherry Stewart and husband Barry, Sharon Poorman and husband John all of Port Matilda, 16 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, a sister Rosalie Foster of Tyrone and two brothers Charles Bennett Jr. and Fred Bennett both of Port Matilda. She was preceded in death by a sister Catherine Sickles and three brothers Merrill, Ray and Dean. Mrs. Weller had attended the Presbyterian Church, Port Matilda. She was a 50 year member of Lady Emily Rebekah Lodge. She was an avid fan of all sports especially Nascar and Jeff Gordon. She had been in a bowling league for several years and enjoyed country music. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, August 15, 2007 at noon at Feller Memorial Home with Rev. Patricia Gable officiating. Interment will follow at Port Matilda Presbyterian Cemetery. Friends will be received at the funeral home on Wednesday from 10 a.m. until the time of services.
