Eagle Valley Road, Port Matilda, died Saturday, March 26, 2005 at her residence. She was of the Methodist faith. Mrs. Woodring was a nurse's aide at Westerly Parkway Nursing Center, State College before her retirement in 1980. She was a member of the Port Matilda American Legion Post 536 Ladies Auxiliary. She enjoyed flowers, gardening, just being outdoors, especially with her family and trips to Atlantic City and Las Vegas. Mrs. Woodring was born May 19, 1925 in State College, the daughter of the late Harry M. and Elizabeth A. Wance Inhoof. On December 6, 1947 she married Raymond G. Woodring who preceded her in death, January 9, 1986. She had two sons and three daughters: Raymond G. Woodring, Jr. of Port Matilda; Charles Woodring of Tipton; Carol Minns of Landisburg; Patty Grieb of Altoona and Debora J. Bell of Port Matilda. Also surviving are one brother and four sisters: Kenneth Inhoof of Boalsburg; Helen Martin of Julian; Shirley Weaver of Aaronsburg; Jane Riley of Bellefonte and Isabella Fogleman of Pleasant Gap; seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by three sisters: June Horner; Marjorie Schindler and Alice Hems and three brothers: Herbert Inhoof; Richard Inhoof and Leroy Inhoof. The funeral will be at Dean K. Wetzler Funeral Home, Milesburg on Tuesday, March 29, 2005 at 10 a.m. with Pastor Samuel D. Reese officiating. Friends will be received at the Dean K. Wetzler Funeral Home, Milesburg, Monday, March 28, 2005 from 7 to 9 p.m. Burial will be at Black Oak Cemetery, Worth Twp., Centre Co., Pa. Arrangements by the Dean K. Wetzler Funeral Home, Milesburg.
