Memorial Liturgy Service was held on Tuesday, June 5, at the St. Michael's Orthodox Church, Main Street, Wood, PA, with Father Thomas Klein officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Long-Akers Funeral Chapel, 715 Church St, Saxton. He was born on February 2, 1928 in Orbisonia, a son of the late Guy and Gertrude (Brown) Zenoble. On June 2, 1956 at the St. Michaels Orthodox Church, he married the former Eva (Kowalchik). His wife survives along with the following children: Richard Zenoble and wife, Loysa, Florissant, CO; Elaine Zenoble of Sterling, VA and Daria and husband Dan Pivirotto, State College. Also the following grandsons: Richard W. Zenoble and Danny and Jimmy Pivirotto. Mr. Zenoble is also survived by the following brothers and sisters: Leah Jenkins, VA; Lois Whitsel, Chambersburg; Helen Summers, Mount Union; Madolyn and husband Clarence Horne, Skipack; Duane Zenoble, Orbisonia and Sister-in-law: Mona Zenoble, Shirleysburg. He was preceded in death by the following brothers: Robert Zenoble and Dallas Zenoble. Mr. Zenoble was a member of the St. Michael's Orthodox Church, Wood. He was a World War II Navy Veteran. Mr. Zenoble had a successful career as a civil engineer, designing and building dams, roads and bridges throughout the United States.
