pg. 551

FLOWER, Richard, son of Richard and Mary, born, it is supposed, in 
Leicestershire, England, married Abigail Harlan, 12,17,1724-5, daughter of 
Michael and Dinah Harlan, of Londongrove, where they settled.  Richard died 
about the year 1748, and his widow several years later.  Their children were 
Thomas, b. 10,27,1725, d. unmarried, 8th mo., 1755; Mary, b. 10,14,1727, m. 
Isaac Starr and Samuel Sharp; Richard, b. 7,3,1730, m. 9,25,1754, Alice Harlan; 
Dinah, b. 10,27,1732, d. 11th mo., 1758.  Dinah Flower, daughter of Richard and 
Alice, married Abraham Sharpless.
