James Adams Admon Bond on the Estae of Hugh Adams Deced.  Filed 22 Augst 1737. 
Chester Co., PA.  No. 606.

Know all men by these presants that I, James Adams, James Gilliland & all of 
the County of Chester & province of Pennsilvania yeomen are held & firmly 
bound unto Peter Evans Regt Genll for the probate of wills & granting Letters 
of admon in for the province afores:d in the sum of Fifty Pounds Lawfull mony 
of the Province afores:d Regt Genll .  The Execs –  Admrs or assigns to which 
payment were to truly to go made to and our Selves our heirs 
Execs &  Admrs with every of them in the whole & for the whole loyaly & 
favorally firmly by these Presents Sealed with our Seals Dated the Twenty 
Second Day of August anno Dom 1737.

The Condition of this obligation is such that if the above Bound en Jas 
administrator of all & singular the goods Chattles & Credits of Hugh 
Adams...deced do make or Cause to be made a true & perfect inventory of all & 
singular the Goods Chattles & Credits of the sd–  deced– whichhave or shall 
come tot he hands possession, or knowledge– or knowledge of any other person 
or persons for him & the same so made exhibitt, or cause to be exhibitted into 
the Regt office for the said County on or before the First Day of September 
next ensuing & the same Goods Chattles & Credits of the said deced at the time 
of his Death or which at any time after shall Come into the hands or 
possession of any other person or persons for him do woll & Truly administer 
according to Law, & further do make or cause to be made a true &real acct– of 
his admon when Legally thereunto required & all the rest & residue of the sd – 
Chattles & Credits which shall be found remaining upon the sd administrators 
dec- to the same being first Examined & allowed of by the Orphans Court– of 
the county of Chester–shall Deliver & pay to such person & persons 
respectivly; as the Said court by its decree our Sentance pursuant to Law 
Shall Simmitt & appoint, & if it shall hereafter appear that any Last Will & 
Testament— was made by the deced & the person or Persons therein named do 
exhibitt into the Regt Office for Chester? Coutny making request to have the 
Same allowed & approved of accordingly if the sd James Adams going thereunto 
requested surender & deliver up the said Letter of admon approbation of such 
Portants being first had & made at the said office, then this obligation to be 
void otherwise to go & remain in full fores & virtue—
