CAME into COURT DAVID HAGAN aged Seventeen Years and Upward  One of the Minor 
Orphaned Children of Edward Hagan late of Mount Pleasant Township deceased and 
PRAYED to be permitted to choose a Guardian to take Care of his Person and 
Estate and being asked by the Court, Chose Thomas Fisher Esquire of the Geonany 
Township WHEREUPON  THE Court Order that the Said Thomas Fisher Esquire, be and 
is hereby appointed Guardian of the Person & Estate of the said DAVID HAGAN  
during his minority.
August 26, 1779

grandfather Peter Hagan
