He therefore prays your Honors to grant him a license for that purpose, according to an Act of Assembly, in such cases made and provided. signed: Nathanial Savage We the undersigned citizens of the township of West Vincent, do hereby certify that the said Nathanial Savage is of good repute for temperance and honesty, and that a license granted to him for the sale of spirituous liquors, will be a convenience to the public.
