The Petitioner has purchased the interest of Daniel Prichard, who kept Public House at the Yellow Spring on Pikeland, and having provided things necessary to continue said business for the accommodation of travelers and others who may have occasion to frequent the said Spring, your Petitioner therefore prayeth that you would be pleased to grant him a recommendation to the Governor for a license to continue the said business, and your Petitioner as in duly bound shall ever pray.
