Mortgage.  On 25 April 1752 John Jacobs, Jr. of Uwchlan, yeoman to William
Allen of the city of Philadelphia, Esq. John Jacobs for £300 grants to
William Allen a tract in Uwchlan bounded by land of Robert Jackson, formerly
of David Lloyd & Robert Beaty, containing 200 acres.  John Jacobs, Jr. to
pay £300 plus interest to William Allen in yearly payments to be paid in
full on 25 April 1755.  Signed John Jacobs.  Delivered in the presence of
William Peters & Alexander Stuart.  Recorded 1 June 1752. (H8:324)
