A notification to that effect from the Secretary of War, to each of them is in the subscriber's possession, and will be delivered to the party himself; or upon his order, witnessed by a respectable person. viz.Lieut. Wm. Schoffield, John Gregory, Robert Wood, Dennis Dempsey, Henry Fry, John Harris, William Todd, Evan Evans, James Neild, Robert Galway, Andrew Garden, Miles Crowley, Thomas Burs [?], Samuel Scott, Benjamin Peck, Jas. Newbury, Philip Jones, John Gillispie, Felix Christman, John Saylor, John Whitty, Samuel Smiley, Robert [ ? ], Charles Cooper, Thomas McDowell, John McGaw, Henry O'Neill . The applications of the following persons, are not yet decided on: viz.Richard Cheyney, Edward Woodman, Jacob Wisner, Samuel Campbell. Theapplication of Micajah Pusey is returned, for further proof.
