ELVERSON- Members of the Sands family attended the Sands reunion which was held 
in Elverson on Saturday afternoon.  A delicious dinner was served by the young 
ladies’ class of the Methodist church at the Methodist Church Hall to eighty-
five guests.  The following program was enjoyed and was held in the Methodist 
Church:  Piano solo. Mrs. Ruthann Guth; baritone solo, Jim Sands, accompanied 
by M. Winifred Clark; soprano solo, Mary Gochmour, accompanied by M. Winifred 
Clark; instrumental duet, Rev. I.D. Clark and son, Carey; vocal duet. Mrs. 
Leland Booda and Janet Booda. Accompanied by Ruthann Guth; selection, the Clark 
family; soprano solo, Doris Seal, accompanied by M. Winifred Clark; humorous 
reading, Ernest H. Sands; soprano solo, Mary C. Peirce, accompanied by Clara W. 
Peirce; baritone solo, Edward Peirce, Jr., accompanied by Clara W. Peirce.  All 
left for their homes feeling they had spent a most enjoyable time.
