Upon the petition of John H. Wallace, one of the heirs of John Wallace, late of the township of West Fallowfield, dec’d who did (sic) intestate. RULE upon all the heirs and other persons interested in the Real Estate of John Wallace, late of the township of West Fallowfield, deceased; to come into the court on the first Monday in February next, and accept or refuse the real estate of said John Wallace, deceased, at the valuation thereof, or shew (sic) cause, if any they have, why the said real estate should not be sold agreeably to the intestate laws of this commonwealth.
