Auditor’s Notice
The undersigned, appointed Auditor by the Orphan’s Court of Chester County, to 
make distribution of the balance due the estate, in the hands of Joseph 
Pennypacker, surviving executor of the estate of John Wolf Whisler, deceased, 
to and among the persons entitled to the same- hereby gives notice to all 
persons interested in said balance, that he will meet them for the purpose of 
his appointment, at his office in the borough of West Chester, at ten o’clock, 
a.m. on Wednesday the fifth day of March, A.D. 1851.  JAMES H. BULL auditor.
