Baily, in her 75th year. Coatesville Weekly Times, December 1, 1894 Died Baily- In Pocopson, on eleventh-month 23d, 1894, Mary H. Baily, in her 75th year. Daily Local News, November 24, 1894 Mary H. Baily On 11th-month, 23d, at 9 p.m., Mary H. Baily departed this life at the residence of her son, James W. Baily, in Pocopson Township, in the 75th year of her age. Deceased had been a sufferer for four weeks with heart failure. She was born in London Grove Township, and lived a number of years in Westtown, and afterward moved to West Chester, where she had been a resident for 18 years living most of her time at her residence, 21 South Walnut Street. She was a widow of the late Abram W. Baily, of Westtown, and leaves to mourn her loss two sons, John H. Baily, of Philadelphia, and James W. Baily, and a large number of relatives and friends. Deceased was a sister of Cyrus Hoopes, of Doe Run, and Sarah Scarlett of New Garden. Mrs. Baily was a most amiable woman of a kind and lovable disposition, and a charitable hand to give to those in need. She was a member of the High Street Friends Meeting, where she regularly attended, and an earnest worker in the First-day School connected with that meeting. Daily Local News, November 26, 1894 Baily- In Pocopson, on Eleventh-month 23d, 1894, Mary H. Baily, widow of the late Abram W. Baily, in her 75th year. Relatives and friends of the family are respectfully invited to attend the funeral, from the residence of her son, James W. Baily, on Fourth-day, Eleventh-month 28th, 1894. Meet at the house at 11 o’clock. Interment at Lafayette Cemetery. The remains can be viewed at Birmingham Meeting House at or about 1:30 p.m. Carriages will meet trains at Lenape at 9:35 from West Chester, 8:36 from Wilmington, 9:40 from Coatesville on the W. & N.
