BEECHER- In Birchrunville, Chester County, Pa., on December 3, 1918, Martha 
Jane Beecher, wife of Henry Ward Beecher, aged 41 years, 1 month and 24 days.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral without 
further notice from the residence of her husband on Saturday, December 7, 
1918.  All services at the house at 11:30 o’clock a.m.  Interment in Fairview 
Cemetery, Coatesville, Pa.  Automobiles will meet train at Chester Springs, 
PV.R.R, at 10 o’clock

Mrs. Henry W. Beecher
In Birchrunville, on Tuesday, Martha Jane, wife of Henry W. Beecher, died at 
the age of 41 years.  She formerly lived on the Dr. George W. Spratt farm, on 
Black Horse Hill, near Coatesville.  Surviving is one daughter, Mrs. John 
Trego, near West Chester.
