All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://www.usgwarchives.net/pa/pafiles.htm ************************************************ JOHN BROWNBACK OBIT 1872 01 June 1872 Jeffersonian On last Tuesday, Mr. JOHN BROWNBACK, an old and highly respected citizen of Upper Uwchlan township, died suddenly of heart disease, while selecting a load of lumber from the yard of Messrs. OBERHOLTZER & HARTMAN, at Cambria Station, on the PICKERING VALLEY Railroad. He was immediately carried into Mr. OBERHOLTZER's residence, where every endeavor was made to resuscitate him, but life was extinct, and all earthly efforts of no avail. His remains will be interred this (Saturday) afternoon, in St. Matthew's burying ground, in West Vincent township, at 11 o'clock, A.M. Deceased was in his 76th year.
