Burton, husband of Ada Luff Burton, passed away in the Chester County Hospital on Saturday. He was the son of the late William E. and Julia H. Burton, and was born in West Chester, where he spent his entire life. He attended the public schools. He was active in public affairs. His hobbies were collecting antiques and reading. He was an active member of Bethel AME Church, where he organized the Men’s Chorus, and Col George F. Smith Post, Sons of Veterans. He is survived by his wife; one son, Warren H.; four sisters, Mrs. Prudence Patton, Mrs. Granville Anderson, Mrs. Edward Ridley, and Mrs. Viola Patton, and one brother, William E.
