Chester Co. Historical Society

Coulter- January 4, 1898 in colerian Lancaster County, Martha C. Coulter aged 
98 years 2 months and 15 days. Funeral on Friday, 7th at 11 o`clock from the 
residence of her nephew Simeon W. Swisher.

1/13/1898
The funeral of Miss Martha Coulter took place last Friday fromt he residence 
of her nephew, S. W. Swisher, near Kirkwood. The Burial mas at Octoraro. Miss 
Coulter, a sister of Mrs. Uriah Swisher was 93 years of age and one of the 
oldest citizens in the lower end o Lancaster County.
