Survived by: two daughters, Gwen, wife of Richard Mahjoubian of Eagle Rock, Los 
             Angeles, Calif., and Dianna, wife of Richard D. Tracy of Phoenixville; 
             a son, Parke W. Jr, at home; three grandsons and a sister, Mrs. Ethel 
             Weitz of West Chester.
Funeral: James W Wilde and sons Funeral Home, Parkesburg
Interment: Romansville United Methodist Cemetery.
