Curry, who for the past thirty-two years has been conducting a meat and provisions store on East Gay Street, died at his home in West Chester, Tuesday, aged 72 years. Mr. Curry had been ill with heart trouble for several weeks. He was a thorough business man, and by square dealing he had the confidence and esteem of his many patrons and was rated as one of our successful merchants. Mr. Curry was charitably inclined and many of his kindly acts will long live after him. Through industry and thrift, he amassed sufficient money to buy a fertile farm near Embreeville, where he raised an abundance of fresh vegetables and fruit, which he disposed of in his store. He is survived by his wife and the following children: John D., Warren B., C.R. Hayes, Clifford, Wilfred C., Smith T., Blanche and Wilda Curry.
