He served in the CBI Theater. Memberships: Brandywine Dart Association; the VFW Post No. 845 of Downingtown; the US Auto Workers Local 644; the Chester County Historical Society; the Tri-County Historical Society; and the Beaver Creek Rod and Gun Club.
