R.R. tracks, near Waynesburg Junction. The body was picked up and Coroner Troutman, of West Chester,(was) notified, who turned this case over to his deputy, Charles Griffith. The body was taken to the establishment of W. J. Eppehimer, of Honeybrook borough, and a jury empanelled. An external post mortem was hen made by Dr. Hoffman, and several witnesses examined. It was shown that the deceased had come down the railroad to the junction, and after getting off the cars wandered around in a semi-bewildered and intoxicated condition, and finally fell over in the snow and died from exposure. The jury consisting of W.J. Eppehimer, Ralph Hampton, Dr. Hoffman, J.E. Biler, and William Bender, rendered a verdict in accordance with these facts, and the deputy will make an official return to coroner Troutman to that effect. The deceased who was an old soldier, had for a number of years resided in that section and worked around the neighborhood. He had been twice married, but both wifes (sic)are now dead. He leaves no children. He has resided recently with a sister in Honeybrook, and the remains will be turned over to his relatives.
