DIED
DAVIS- In New York city on the 19th inst., Elizabeth K. Davis in her 89th 
year.  Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral services at the 
chapel of J.B. Smith & son, on Tuesday, the 23rd inst., at 1 o’clock.  
Interment at St. Mark’s Cemetery, Honey Brook township.

Funeral services for the late Elizabeth K. Davis, whose death occurred in New 
York city several days ago, were held this afternoon at the chapel of J.B. 
Smith &  Son, East Gay street, and a large number of relatives and friends 
were present.  The services were in charge of Rev. Edward S. Ninde, of this 
place, at the chapel and grave.  The interment was made at Church Hill 
Cemetery in Lancaster County.  


Additional Comments:
(note:  St. Mark’s sits on a hill known as Church Hill.  Because of the close 
proximity of Lancaster County, that could have been confused)
