Parents: late Alzira and Frank Souder.

Ancestry: lineal descendant of the late John Hart, signer of the Declaration of Independence 
          and John Bartram, early botanist who founded Bartram’s Gardens. 
Wedding Anniversary: 64th wedding anniversary on October 30, 1954
Survived By: Son, Bartram Dilks of Harrisburg and the following grandchildren: 
             Beatrice A. Pyle of Evanston, Ill., Nancy E. Pyle of Baltimore, Md., 
             Bartram H. Dilks of Bowmansdale, Pa.; five greatgranchildren.  A daughter, 
             Beatrice H. Dilks, a former teacher in the West Chester Schools, is deceased.
Funeral: Harold A. Famous funeral Home, 101 S. church St., West Chester, Pa.
Interment: Green Mount Cemetery.  
Pallbearers: Bartram H. Dilks, Dr. Edgar A. Dilks, Norman Robinson, Edgar Alexander, 
             Ralph Marsh and Arthur Anstay.
