Mrs. Doutrich had been a sufferer for a long term of year, but was always patient and when she was removed to the hospital three weeks ago was very optimistic about regaining her health, and returning home to her family, but her nervous condition made an operation impossible, and for the last week she lay unconscious, until relieved by death. Her whole interest was in her home and family, and a devote family circle has been broken by the death of the frail mother of five sad little children who range from two to eleven years of age. Mrs. Doutrich was a daughter of John and Sarah Develin, of this place, who survive and was born and reared in Parkesburg and was a member of the Presbyterian Church. Her husband, Samuel Doutrich, who is a highly esteemed resident and a PRR brakeman survives, with these children: Samuel Jr, Mamie V., Blanche M., Eva M., and Dorothy M. Doutrich, and one deceased. Three brothers, Samuel, James and John Develin, and one sister, Mrs. Jennie McFarlan, all of Parkesburg are survivors. Doutrich In Parkesburg, July 10, 1917, Mamie Doutrich, wife of Samuel Doutrich.
